Vicki Tull is a seasoned real estate advisor with over 35 years of sales and marketing experience and more than two decades in residential real estate.  A native of Washington, DC, her career spans Big Tech-including leadership roles with Apple and Sun Microsystems-entrepreneurial startups, and long-standing success in coastal luxury markets.

Now partnered with Ellingson Properties, Vicki combines her individual expertise with a brokerage recognized for elevated marketing, thoughtful representation, and a refined approach to luxury real estate.

Vicki has lived "Beachside" in Indialantic and now resides in the Suntree community on Brevard County's Space Coast.  She is an avid golfer, fitness enthusiast, traveler, and lifelong learner-interests that reflect her belief in continual growth, discipline, and balance.
